Senior Researcher
Tianlin Niu is a Senior Researcher based in Beijing, China. His work mainly focuses on air pollutant and GHG emission abatement, policies development, cost-benefit analysis, and other related studies for heavy-duty vehicles. Tianlin’s expertise also covers intelligent transportation systems, emissions inventory, and air quality monitoring & modeling analysis. Before joining the ICCT, he worked for four years at Ricardo Energy & Environment as a senior consultant in air quality. He also has experience with GIZ China on sustainable transportation programs. He holds both a B.Eng and an M.Eng in Environmental Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University (China).
